Cooling aggregates are produced in various sizes. We will select the suitable cooling aggregate for your volume. The delivery includes transport of the device to the customer, as well as installation, commissioning and training for the device operator. Our offer includes demarcation, design, assembly and commissioning of pipeline distribution. Pipelines are insulated and made of plastic or stainless steel.
We offer 4 types of pipelines:
1. System with movable inlets and hose coolers
Portable hose coolers are connected to a cold water source (tap, well) using ordinary hoses.
2. Fixed distribution system and hose coolers
Portable hose coolers are connected to the fixed pipe distribution of the cool medium from the chiller. Between the portable hose cooler and the fixed pipework is an ordinary hose. Fixed piping is included and is made of plastic or stainless steel.
3. System with fixed distribution connection to cooling plates, duplicators, air conditioning
The heat exchangers are connected to the fixed piping using stainless steel armored hoses. Fixed piping is included and is made of plastic or stainless steel.
4. Cooling and heating system with fixed distribution connection to cooling plates, duplicators, air conditioning
For the combined cooling and heating system you can use the following optional accessory:
• Electrical spiral
• Waste heat recovery
• Heating pump.
The heat exchangers are connected to the fixed piping using stainless steel armored hoses. Fixed piping is included and is made of plastic or stainless steel.
