Adjustment of the floating lid for the fermentation of musts

Conversion of a tank with a floating lid into a tank in which it is possible to pitch ciders. The modification includes hose cooler with fermentation stopper (HCH) and digital thermometer. The modified tank can be used as a normal tank with a floating lid after fermentation.

On the tank with a floating lid, its float is modified for the use of a tubular cooler with fermentation plug and a digital thermometer. A hose cooler is included, the length of which is specified according to the volume of the tank. The hose cooler includes a fermentation plug. A digital thermometer is used to determine the temperature of the must. When fermentation is complete, the hose cooler is removed, the original fermentation plug is inserted into the opening and the thermometer opening is sealed with the supplied plug.
