CELLAR AND VISUALIZATION OF TANKS
Thanks to the transparent overview of the cellar on the display, all information is available to you. By a single click on the tank, the respective batch window opens. It contains all records. Controlled fermentation is switched on there.
SIMPLE DOCUMENTATION
Besides visualization of the fermentation curve and the curve of fermented sugar, you record all treatments and movements of wine by a mouse click. You can simply and quickly perform operations as wine blending and distribution in several tanks.
The transparent process and batch administration enables you to check the saved data and fermentation curves. The batch-list provides all information about wines and processes.
A complete and transparent report on batches and fermentation curves can be printed through the integrated print module. The system provides a simple export of individual batch records and the whole overview of the cellar. Additionally, all data can be sent through our export file to another computer.
