At IDD we have been manufacturing for many years technologies for wineries, but this year we decided to take a step aside and bring a product that is not directly related to wine production, but fits perfectly into the world of wine events, tastings and get-togethers.
The result is stainless steel basin, a new product that was born from the same values as our professional winemaking equipment: precision workmanship, robust construction and long service life.
Why did we embark on the production of the cauldron?
Many winemakers and wine lovers organise tastings, open cellar days or seasonal events where good food is as much a part of the atmosphere as the wine. And it's often there that the usual thin-sheet vats simply don't hold up. That's why we decided to make our own. One that will be stable, safe, strong and ready for years of use.
What makes the IDD Basin special
Handmade in Slovakia - each piece undergoes thorough machining. No sharp edges or thin sheets that burn through quickly. Once again, we have taken great care to ensure that the result is quality we can be proud of.
Thick stainless steel material (up to 1.5 mm) - the basin will not burn even with intensive use. It really is an investment for many years. Stability is ensured by three wide legs.
Safe handles -the side handles for gripping do not heat up when cooking, which significantly increases safety and comfort during handling.
Built-in oven with opening 20 × 11 cmwhich ensures stable combustion, even heat and easy operation.
Can be extended with grilling accessories -available for order grill attachmentwhich will make the basin a multifunctional facility. This grate is made of robust material with small gaps, which not only prevents direct fire contact with the kettle and the space above the grill, but also ensures even heat distribution and prevents food from falling into the firebox.
Pre-preparation for gas burner - the price includes a pre-drilled hole, which allows easy adaptation to gas cooking.
Weather resistance - thanks to its stainless steel construction, it is also suitable for long-term storage outdoors. Burning produces a natural patina that does not affect functionality.
The cauldron includes an enamelled stew pot, lid, integrated stove, chimney and ash drawer.
Although it is a product outside our traditional portfolio, the principle remains the same: honest production, quality material and emphasis on durability.
