We were at Austro Vin Tulln 2026 and our technology caught the attention of experts from all over Europe

Exhibition Austro Vin Tulln 2026 is one of the most important professional events for winegrowers, fruit growers, experts and technology manufacturers in Central Europe. This year we participated together with our partner WFT-Vinpilot, and the result exceeded all expectations.

Our joint stand became one of the liveliest places of the whole exhibition. Ordinary visitors as well as experts, winemakers and technology enthusiasts were constantly stopping by our booth and their reason was clear: premiere of the VINPILOT® CRYO-SPIN vinifier and cryomacer tank.

The CRYO-SPIN vinifier, model VMH1300: the technology that created the "wow" effect

Already during the first hours of the exhibition it was obvious that CRYO-SPIN will attract attention. Visitors from different countries stopped by with real interest and there were also words that made us extremely happy:

"Finally something truly groundbreaking!"

This is from experts who have experience with a variety of foreign technologies. This is a great recognition for a Slovak company.

What visitors were most interested in?

To answer this question, we will describe in more detail how our vinifier works:

Fermentation of the mash in the vinifier takes place in such a way that after the fermentation has started it sets in motion rotary degasser, which with its arms wades in the mash with slow movements and thus creates escape routes for the fermentation gases, which are discharged slowly and continuously. With this innovation eliminates the formation of a punch hatwhich definitely makes the work and the overall production process easier. The movement of the rotary degasser is controlled from the control cabinet, which is located on the front side of the vinifier.

Another plus is fast and precise cryomaceration thanks to cooling rotorwhich acts as a heat exchanger directly in the core of the mash. Conventional tanks cool from the outside, through the jacket, creating an uneven mash temperature. CRYO-SPIN cools from the inside. This makes the temperature more uniform throughout the volume, without gradients and the need for pumping, and makes the whole process more accurate and efficient.

Slowly and by continuous escape of fermentation gases at controlled mash temperature optimum conditions for the fermentation process are created and create the conditions for the highest quality of the wine produced.

The vinifier has a robust construction and insulated casing. Easy emptying of fermented mash and maximum hygiene conditions are ensured thanks to the horizontal design and the circular outlet located in the lowest part of the container.

CRYO-SPIN has thus confirmed that it is a device that can fundamentally change the way winemakers approach maceration and fermentation control. There were many questions from visitors and we will certainly answer your questions as well. So don't hesitate to contact us Contact.

IDD cooling plates: stable security for modern cellars

In addition to CRYO-SPIN, we also presented our stainless steel cooling plateswhich have long been popular among winemakers in Slovakia and abroad.

Visitors especially appreciated: high cooling efficiency, easy handling, quality workmanship and long service life and the possibility of adjusting the dimensions to the needs of the cellar.

Although they were overshadowed by the great interest in the vinifier, the plates gained the attention of those who were looking for reliable solutions for temperature stabilization during fermentation and storage in the tanks already in use.

Partnership with WFT-Vinpilot: a strong combination of know-how

We participated in the exhibition together with the company WFT-Vinpilot, a leader in intelligent fermentation control. The joint presentation showed how Slovak design and manufacturing precision, Austrian automation and digital control and the needs of modern wineries can be combined.

This partnership proved to be extremely strong and visitors appreciated that the technologies on the stand were not just "for show", but formed a complete working system.

Conclusion: the Slovak innovations that won Europe

Austro Vin Tulln 2026 was a great success for IDD Bratislava. We gained a lot of new contacts, we opened the door to further cooperation and, most importantly, we confirmed that Slovak technology can constantly evolve and can also impress on the international scene.

We have shown that innovation does not have to come from big countries. Sometimes all it takes is determination, experience, technical thinking and honest work - and the result will find its way to experts around the world.
