Company IDD s.r.o. successfully designed, manufactured and delivered a new glove-box for our workplace to replace the original device, which no longer technically or operationally met the requirements for continued use.
The new glove-box was implemented based on our specific technical and dimensional requirements and represents a significant qualitative shift compared to the original solution. The device fully meets the current experimental needs of the workplace and is designed with an emphasis on functionality, ergonomics and long-term operational reliability.
We particularly appreciate the quality of the workmanship, including the robust construction made of brushed stainless steel material, professionally made Plexiglas, ergonomically designed doors and the new large walk-in chamber with sufficient capacity. The sophisticated gas inlet and outlet meet the requirements for stable operation in an inert atmosphere.
The solution also includes a stable work table on industrial wheels with locking, which significantly increases the comfort of handling the equipment and the flexibility of its location in the laboratory. Wiring, control elements, switches and switches are designed clearly and in accordance with current standards and legislative requirements.
At the same time, a resistance furnace adapted to our specific needs for high-temperature experiments was integrated into the system. The oven is connected to the glove-box via a throat, its main part is located outside the glove-box body itself, and it is equipped with external water cooling in order to limit overheating of the inert atmosphere in the glove-box.
The pricing terms of the delivery were set transparently and professionally, based on the company's current price list, while taking into account the superior technical and functional requirements resulting from the desired final functionality of the equipment. The resulting price corresponds to the scope and quality of the delivered solution and was agreed to the satisfaction of both parties. The cooperation also includes service and technical support, which is an important prerequisite for the long-term and trouble-free operation of the equipment.
